I discovered Sola online and immediately felt a connection, thanks to Diana’s prompt and insightful responses. As a yoga instructor, I was on the waitlist and eagerly anticipating the arrival of my new mat. When it finally arrived, I was thrilled! The moment I unboxed it, I knew it was going to be perfect. The non-slip surface and the thinness that allows you to really connect with the ground during practice are just incredible. What I love most is how lightweight it is and the anti-sweat stain surface, which makes it dry during my practice; so easy to clean my feet marks, and keeps it looking fresh after every session; what a shine:)

I purchased the Sola travel mat for my trip to Costa Rica and it was the perfect mat to have. It’s lightweight, tiny, easy to carry, and so grippy! Easily one of the grippiest mats I’ve ever tried. As a yoga teacher who is always on the go, I highly recommend this mat — it’s my favourite!
I absolutely adore the grip of the sola mat! Initially purchased for a yoga retreat in Peru, this mat surpassed all my expectations. It conveniently folds into a small square, fitting perfectly in my suitcase without adding extra weight. During my trip, everyone was curious about its origin. Nowadays, I use it daily for both yoga sessions and high-intensity interval training workouts. I highly recommend this mat for its portability and versatility. If you prioritize cushioning and don't require travel-friendliness, I suggest opting for the 4mm size.
