Returns & Exchanges
Inquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis and if you are not satisfied with your purchase, it can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery date, or store credit/ exchange within 30 days of receiving the product.
RULES & ELIGIBILITY:
- All returned items must be in new and unused condition and still have original packaging and tags attached.
- Unfortunately, we cannot cover the shipping; customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you need a shipping label, you can purchase one from us.
- Any shipping cost paid by the customer during checkout is non-refundable.

Products purchased through third party retailers must be claimed directly to them. We are unable to process claims of damaged products that haven’t been ordered directly through solamats.com
