My Sola mat is my favourite!!!!! Not only is it aesthetically super cute but it is very grippy and durable and so easy to clean (also, never stains). I carry it with me wherever I go (and not just while I travel). Obsessed with Sola and am so happy this amazing company exists! Thank you Sola <3

As a yoga teacher and practitioner, i’ve tried many different mats over the years and I can genuinely say that the Sola mat is a keeper. The grip on this mat is amazing, the design is sleek and simple, and the 4mm thickness offers a lot of support for the joints. I’m in love! Will definitely be buying another colour soon :)

Honestly, the Sola yoga mat brand has been a game changer for me as a fitness instructor and yoga teacher. Not only is she beyond aesthetically pleasing, (shoutout to the sand colour, am I right?) this mat has been beautifully crafted to suit the needs of a travelling practitioner. Looking right at my friends who are subway/streetcar frequent fliers, this mat makes on-the-go travel seamless and hassle free. There are no compromises when it comes to this mat, it really is a step above the rest. The only question left is, which colour???

i'm a bigger guy, so usually yoga mats dont really offer much cushion, but this one's great for when you do work on your knees or hips.

The sola mat is the best yoga mat I've ever used! I use my mat for HIIT workouts and yoga, and it works well for both. The main thing I look for in a mat is grip (I hate sliding when I'm trying to hold a pose), and this mat holds so well. Highly recommend!!

I tend to change it up often, i.e., yoga one second, then weights, then HIIT, etc.

These mats have by far been the most versatile and sturdy regardless of what you do. It's thick enough to feel comfortable, but thin enough to not take up space and are easy to travel with. The may itself has a good weight to it when laid flat so it doesn't curl, at. All. It dries quickly and honestly, I leave it unrolled in my lounge because it's so sleek and subtle it just blends in with the room!

Highly recommend. There's no other mat I've felt so satisfied with.

I’ve been using this 4mm mat for all my HIIT workouts and it has been amazing. It has incredible grip and dries very fast! The thickness is comfortable for any type of movement. Great job designing this one, I love it.

This mat is everything I wanted in a fitness mat. It's the perfect thickness, feels super stable both when I'm jumping around and holding a stretch, and quickly dries after a good sweat sesh. The mat also looks great too, I'm in love with the forest green colour. 10/10 recommend 💚
