I was looking for a new yoga mat for my hot yoga practice and I am so glad I found Sola! It is grippy and stable which is perfect for the hot yoga studio. It is thick enough to provide comfort and support, but not too bulky or heavy. It is perfect!
At 70, I have been at self directed yoga for decades. Grip is essential for me. Almost all brands " promise" grip; almost all fail to live up to that promise . BMAT one notable exception- it does.
