I'm new to yoga but wanted to start out with a good mat. I have only had my mat for a month or so but it's been great so far. I got the 6mm, so it's definitely on the heavier side, but not a big deal to carry to/from the studio for classes. It had a strong smell on arrival but I aired it out for a couple days as suggested and the smell is gone. It cleans up really well and has great grip for sweaty sessions. The 6mm provides extra cushion for joints without losing stability. Delivery was super fast.

Absolutely LOVE my new yoga mat! The quality, colour & presentation is 10/10!! Hands down the best mat I have used.

I use it for stretching and core work at home. It has nice padding for the knees and definitely very grippy. The quality is great. Highly recommend!

The grip on this mat is incredible!! there is NO sliding in down dog and I am obsessed!

I was just using a regular towel in hot yoga but wow the difference is huge! it absorbs sweat really well and doesn't bunch up during class.

My favorite mat! So grippy and sticky when I am practicing in my hot yoga classes.

Love my new Sola mat! It has made such a difference in my practice (hot yoga & floor Pilates) and it’s not too heavy to commute around. Quick drying & aesthetic! Has a slight rubber smell but has dissipated with use. Would recommend!

I have been in fitness and active my whole life. I struggled to find a mat that has enough grip with equal amount of cushion. Sola mats are by FAR the best I have tried. The cute colors are a nice touch too!

This mat feels so soft and you do not slip at all. It is one of the best mats I have ever used for balance postures. Not too much cushion but just enough.

I absolutely love the Sola Support yoga mat. I really wanted it in the colour Sage, and I'm so happy I went with the thickest mat, so worth it. Non slip, amazing quality, and quite honestly I haven't seen any mats this good on the market.
